DK A Nice Surprice Gyldenløve

01.26.10, 4.4 kg

Why is the kittens named the way they are?

A Nice Surprice: Normally we never get our pregnant females scanned, but Carli went to a meeting arranged by the club we belong to at the university hospital in Copenhagen, and was asked to bring a couple of cats so that the other members of the club could see how a heart scan is performed. When Jørgen Kock was told that Maggie was (hopefully) pregnant, he desided to show how a scanning of the womb is performed, and do the heart scan on some of the other cats:-) We counted 5 kittens and therefor it was a huge surprice when Maggie gave birth to 6 kittens:-)

MyBPC3 gene mutation: N/N

Surprice, now known as Josefine, is living together with A Serious Mind (Hannibal:-) and Elsebeth. Elsebeth and the kittens spend most of their time in the summer house where the kittens have access to a fenced in area.
